I was born in 1988 in Perm, Russian Federation. I graduated from Gymnasium #17 in 2005 and from Perm State University (Faculty of Maths and Mechanics) in 2010, specializing in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. In 2022, I relocated to sunny Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. The photo above is from Dashtadem Fortress.
Since 2009, I have been working as a Software Engineer. Currently I’m SDET Automation Engineer at CloudLinux, primarily I work with Python and Bash. Many years ago, I also gained experience with C, C++, Perl, and PHP. Since 2007, I have used GNU/Linux as my primary operating system, starting with ArchLinux, then switching to Ubuntu, and a few months ago to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation. The two main “colleagues” shown in the photo are my ThinkPad Carbon X1 and MacBook Pro.
In December 2021, I adopted a wonderful beagle named Porthos, who was born in October 2021. His early days were quite challenging, but now he has grown into a very smart dog.
I love science, technology, nature, and good people.
A few months ago, I started using the Yousician Android application to learn and enjoy playing the guitar.
